1. Not all necessary pieces of information are in the picture.
Photos submitted for notice verification need to contain both the notice and the vehicle’s license plate (which must be clear and readable). Ideally, you should take a picture from the front of the car and show both the license plate and the notice left outside the driver’s side of the windshield.

If you can’t get the shot from the front, take a picture of the notice held up to the back plate. Make sure to then leave the notice on the windshield.


2. The wrong notice is used
Each notice is specific to a car manufacturer, and will have the manufacturer logo on the notice near where you write in the license plate number. Make sure you select the correct notice.
